RETURNS

First off, we want to thank you for shopping with us! Here at Mi Vida Collective, its important to us that you love the pieces you have purchased for your space! If you are unhappy with any of the items in your order, you may return to us so long as they are new and undamaged and it is within 30 days of delivery of the item. Follow the directions below to complete a return... 

Please note: A standard return labels cost is $11.95 and thus will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, any items over 30 lbs have a flat return fee of $75 and will be deducted from your refund.

To send a return, follow these steps:

First, send an e-mail to hello@mividacollective.com stating the reason for return. Our team will assist with the return process. 

Please ensure that during the returns process you will are provided a return label to return your items. As mentioned above, the cost of this label will be presented during the returns process and will be deducted from your total refund. 

We highly recommend that you insure any returns as we are not liable for lost returns. Postage and insurance costs, as well as original shipping charges, are not refundable. 

OR, you may take your return package to the shipping carrier of your choice.

If choosing a shipping carrier of your choice:

We recommend a return shipping method that allows you to track the package to make sure the it reaches us due to the fact that we cannot assume responsibility for packages lost or damaged in transit. 

Preparing your Returns: 

Pack your return in a sturdy box with adequate padding to protect the item (Your best option is likely the packaging that we sent the item in.

Remove any original labels from the outside of packaging or cover with NEW shipping label you receive from us. 

 

REFUNDS

We will send you an email notification when we have received your return. 

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. 

Please note: processing can take up to three weeks for returns.

 

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Send us an email at hello@mividacollective.com and state your reason for exchange and provide pictures of the damage.

Our products are curated thoughtfully and often purchased in small batches, thus your exchange could be delayed if we are out of stock in a particular item. We will always try to exchange for the exact item, but if the item is delayed or out of stock we can also try to make an alternative suggestion.
